Perham Living Annual Holiday Bazaar

Perham: From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Perham Living. Vendors, complimentary cider and hot cocoa. Hosted by Perham Health volunteers.

5th Annual Front Row Fall Fashion Show

Perham: At Lakes Cafe at 6 p.m. Fashions from Nadine's and Richter's Menswear modeled, light meal, inspirational message, door prizes and cash bar. Tickets available at Nadine's for $20 general admission or $25 VIP.

"Bee Responsible" Library Program

Perham: At 7 p.m. at the Perham Area Public Library. Free presentation by DNR Wildlife Habitat Specialist James Kawlewski. Learn responsible techniques to see more wildlife around your home or business, how to cost-effectively preserve shorelines, and more. All attendees receive free native wildflower seeds.

United Way Coat Distribution

New York Mills: From 1-5 p.m. in the Pelican Lake room of the Otter Tail County building at 118 North Main. Coats, hats, mittens and other winter wear available to those in need. Stop by and pick some up. Contact Marsha with questions, at 218-736-5147.

Perham Community Play, "AIDA"

Perham: Perham Area Community Education presents Elton John and Tim Rice's timeless love story, "AIDA," a musical featuring local talent, at the Perham Auditorium for three separate performances. Friday and Saturday shows begin at 7 p.m., with a Sunday matinee at 2 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students and seniors, and may be purchased in advance at the Perham High School Activities Office or online at www.perhamcommunityeducation.com.

Fall Bazaar

Park Rapids: At St. Peter's Catholic Church (305 West 5th Street) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Coffee and rolls served at 9 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Area crafts, children's dollar store, bake sale with homemade lefse, door prizes and more. Free admission.

8th Annual Fall Bazaar

Wolf Lake: At Wolf Lake Lions Hall from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Holiday gift and decor craft and vendor fair. Homemade hot soup.

Sunday, November 18

KC Annual Turkey Bingo

Perham: The local Knights of Columbus will be hosting this annual event at St. Henry's Church at 3 p.m. Need not be present to win $200, $100 or more, plus 21 games of bingo to win a turkey. Lunch to follow.

Tuesday, November 20

Defensive Driving Refresher Course

Frazee: From 5-9 p.m. at the Frazee High School Media Center (Door 16). A four-hour refresher course; no workbooks, no tests. Cost is $20. To register, call Denise Lillis at 218-346-3336.

Perham: At New Creation Lutheran Church from 5-6:30 p.m. Free meals served. Free will donations accepted.

Thursday, November 22

3rd Annual Gobble Wobble 5K Family Fun Race

Perham: At 9 a.m. on the Perham Bike Path, at the park near the softball fields. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. for this untimed run/walk event. Prize awarded for the best dressed, as well as medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in four age categories, starting at age 12. Kids 11 and under race free; all others subject to a $15 race fee with all proceeds donated to Perham's Giving Tree program. This is a United Community Bank event. Follow their Facebook page for details, including plans in case of inclement weather.

Perham: An annual tradition in Perham. Downtown at dusk (5:30 p.m.).

Saturday, November 24

Christmas Market

Dent: More than 20 local vendors and artists, along with face painting, free refreshments and photos with Santa from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., then, at 8 p.m. there will be an ugly sweater and ugly hat contest with prizes, live music until midnight and door prizes. All at The Dougout.

Otterdazzle

Ottertail: From 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. around Ottertail Community Park and the Ottertail Community Center. Pancake breakfast from 7-11 a.m., vendors and crafts 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., hot food and beverages from noon to 3 p.m., 5K and kids run at noon, hay rides from 1-3 p.m., kids crafts and games from 2-5 p.m., visits with Santa from 2:30-4:30 p.m., tree lighting at 5:15 followed by a chili bar.

Tuesday, December 4

Old-Fashioned Christmas Open House

Perham: From 5-7 p.m. at the History Museum of East Otter Tail County. Refreshments, live music by the Silver Foxes, and make-and-take Christmas tree ornaments.

Monthly food shelf fundraisers at Pizza Ranch

Perham: From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. the first Monday of every month. Tell the cashier when you order that you are there for the fundraiser; your receipt is your donation to the local food shelf. Sponsored by the Eastern Star Olive Branch Chapter.
